THIS SMALL HOUSE:
The Structural solution was developed steel columns and beams, accompanied by black aluminum windows, metal sheet roofing and wall metal.
Primary colors, simple and autonomous shapes, strong natural light, which avoid ambiguity. Daily functions, in this very long and narrow space, become less specific, more abstract and significant.

The Council of the Santa Fe City, issued a build 120 subsidized dwellings to the located in the new urban area in the Western side of the City. This house for a young family is situated at this new urban area. A free strip available for the small house of only 18 feet (6,20m).
The scheme is based on providing privacy and protection, on enjoying sunshine, views and daylight. Places for family life.
By situating all bedrooms, bathrooms, library, study, on the second floor, the living room can ocupy the entire first floor.
Voids connect this level to the roof study and library which gives the house an extreme feeling of space despite its limitations.
The study are situated on the second floor by a double-height space rising above the garage area up to the liv-dining.
The various rooms and floors are strongly linked in spatial terms, horizontal and vertical connections are made, spyholes and a small bridge connect the study with the library both informal routes.
Not an untouchable design, but a family house.
